Successfully building a reputation in the field of hospitality, HRC's Career USA program now offers training programs in other business fields. W e are operating from offices located in Maastricht ( Holland ) and Atlanta (USA).

HRC's Career USA program offers the opportunity to gather professional experience in line-level to assistant department head positions in the USA . Opportunities are available in many industries:
• Hospitality - hotel, restaurants, theme parks, cruise liners
• Engineering - civil, construction, electrical, industrial, mechanical
• Commerce & Business Management - operations, sales & marketing, finance & accounting, banking, law
• IT & Computer Science - software & services
• Telecommunications - cable companies, phone companies
• Media & Advertising - television, newspapers, interactive media/web design
Why participate?
US industries are known for their leading position in the global economy . You will be acquainted with American operations techniques and standards, as well as management styles. The duration of the assignment is 18 months . Many new trends, services and products find their origin in the United States . Participating in Career USA offers many advantages:

Positions
HRC International will identify a placement opportunity for you based on your individual education, experience, skill and interests. Positions are aimed to train and develop operational and management skills in your industry. Depending on your progress and previous experience, program levels range between
* internship level training to complete your education
* entry level operational and training programs
* supervisory level management development programs
* management level ranging between supervisor and department head level
Regular salaries compensated
Depending on your progress and previous work experience, you are able to work in entry-level positions up to supervisory and assistant management positions. All positions are offered at regular competitive salaries.
Visa & insurance arranged
HRC designs the outline of the program containing details on salary, position rotations and job requirements matching the need of our client and the visa standards.
HRC International provides a specially designed insurance package that meets the US government regulations and offers coverage for medical expenses, legal aid and liability claims. HRC International will arrange and coordinate the entire J-1 Visa and process. The process takes about 3-6 weeks from start to finish!
HRC's Services are FREE
When participating in our career programs to the USA , you will need to pay for your own visa and insurance.
HRC International does not charge any additional expenses, so you do not need to pay any fees to HRC International!
